Frequently Asked Questions

1. General

During the first 30 days, you can use all of nawiki services without paying anything and without any commitment.
To activate the trial, we ask for your payment details, but no charges will be made during those 30 days. We only request them so that, once the trial ends, your chosen plan can be activated automatically if you decide to continue.
If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel at any time from your customer portal, without calls, explanations, or commitment. If you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will not be charged.

It depends on who you are and what you need to protect:

  • If you are self-employed (freelancer or professional):
The Nova Plan is the ideal starting point. It offers you total protection with antivirus, unlimited cloud storage, password manager, parental control, connection review and security training. It is sufficient if you manage your own devices and want to keep everything under control.
  • If you also need advanced assistance or work with multiple devices:
The Titan Plan expands on all of the above and adds secure remote access (VPN), digital identity protection, and specialised support (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business). Perfect if you use online tools on a daily basis or share sensitive information.
  • If you have a company with several employees:
The Zenith Plan is designed for you. It includes the same protections but at a corporate level, with advanced vulnerability analysis, cybersecurity reports, 100 GB backups, and centralised management for your team.
Each user (administrator or employee) has their own licence and access to the service platform.

Yes. All nawiki plans let you protect several devices at the same time—computers, cell phones, or tablets.
The difference is in the quantity.

Nova Plan → protects up to 5 devices.

Titan Plan → protects up to 10 devices.

Zenith Plan → protects 1 device per license, but you can add as many licenses as people are part of your company.

Each device you install is linked to your user and managed from the services platform, where you can see its status, run scans or add new devices at any time.
The more devices you need to protect, the more sense it makes to move up a plan or add extra licenses.

Nothing is lost.
Your license is linked to your user, not to the device.
So if you change your computer or phone, you can move your protection to the new device in just a few minutes.

Our services are contracted on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan chosen.
During this time, the service remains active until the end date of the contracted period.

There is no additional commitment beyond that term: you can cancel auto-renewal at any time, as long as you notify us before the end date.

Cancellation does not result in a refund of the amount already paid, but it does guarantee you continue enjoying the service until the current period ends.

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the contracted period (monthly or yearly) so you don’t lose protection or active services.

If you prefer not to renew, you just need to notify us before the end date.
If there are any changes to prices or conditions, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

You will always have full control over your subscription and total transparency before each renewal.

Payments are made through the secure methods available on the platform.
All prices are shown excluding VAT, which will be applied according to current regulations.

Once the service is activated, you will receive your invoice with the tax details you’ve provided, and you can view or download it at any time from your customer area.

You can request a plan change at any time by contacting our support team.
We will review your case to confirm availability, technical compatibility and commercial conditions according to the type of product or service contracted.

  • If you want to move up a plan (upgrade): the new plan will be activated immediately once the corresponding difference has been paid.
  • If you want to move down a plan (downgrade): the change will apply at the end of the current period.

Plan changes do not involve partial refunds, and each request will be assessed individually to ensure technical compatibility and availability.
At nawiki, we review each case to offer you the best possible option, tailored to your needs and the service you’ve contracted.

2. Advanced security and protection

nawiki is not just an antivirus; we offer a complete 360° security service designed to protect your business or professional activity on all digital fronts and throughout the entire cybersecurity lifecycle.

A free antivirus only reacts to known threats.
nawiki anticipates them, blocks them and stays by your side if something happens.

  • Complete, not basic protection: Bitdefender analyzes and monitors your device from different angles to detect and stop any attempt at viruses, data theft, or online attacks before they cause damage.
  • Full coverage with no interruptions: protects all your devices (Windows, macOS, Android and iOS) without slowing them down or showing ads.
  • Privacy and control: includes advanced features like parental control, safe browsing, identity protection, and device location.
  • Continuous monitoring: tracks threats in real time and automatically updates its defenses.
  • Centralized control: allows you to supervise and keep all your devices protected from a single dashboard.
  • Expert assistance: if something happens, our technical team is there with you 24/7.

In addition, all our solutions are designed to protect you end to end: from prevention and strengthening your digital defenses, to expert support and response in the event of any incident.

It’s not recommended. Having two antivirus programs at the same time doesn’t give you more protection—quite the opposite: it can result in less security and worse performance.

This happens because both programs try to monitor the same things and end up interfering with each other:

  • Internal conflicts: one antivirus can block the other.
  • Slower performance: they consume twice the resources and your device becomes sluggish.
  • False positives: they can detect each other as threats.
  • Less effective: instead of adding protection, they leave security gaps.

The ideal setup is a single main antivirus that is well configured, up-to-date and that offers real-time protection, such as Bitdefender, which integrates all the security layers you need without affecting your device’s performance.

It’s a service designed to protect you against identity theft and keep your personal data from leaking on the Internet.

It constantly monitors whether your information (cards, emails, phone numbers, documents) has been exposed or is at risk, and notifies you immediately so you can act in time.

From the nawiki Services Platform, you can check the status of your identities at any time and see whether they are protected or if any vulnerability has been detected.

In addition, you can mark each case as ‘protected’ once you have applied the measures recommended by our experts to restore the security of your digital identity.

The service monitors and protects key identities and sensitive data that could be misused:

  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Bank accounts and cards
  • Identity documents (ID card, passport, driver’s license)
  • User accounts or profiles registered on online platforms

You can choose which identities you want to include based on your plan options.

3. Cloud storage

Think of the cloud as a secure digital storage room: instead of keeping physical boxes, you store your photos, documents, or videos in a protected space on the internet.
From your computer or cell phone you can upload, view, or share your files at any time and from anywhere.

At nawiki we use Jottacloud, a European storage service with servers in Norway that keeps your data encrypted and protected under the GDPR.

Your files are stored in Jottacloud’s own data centers in Norway. This means the company doesn’t depend on external providers and directly controls its entire infrastructure, which increases security and privacy.

Because Jottacloud controls the entire infrastructure, this ensures:

  • Physical security (restricted access, 24/7 monitoring).
  • Digital security (AES-256 encryption, TLS/SSL communications).
  • Compliance with European certifications and regulations.

In other words, your files never leave Europe and are protected by the same laws that safeguard your data in Spain.

Yes. You can store your invoices, contracts, or confidential information with complete peace of mind.

Being in the European Economic Area (EEA) and complying with GDPR, your data is handled under the highest privacy standards.

Only you have access to it, and all information is encrypted before leaving your device.

Yes. You can log in to your account from your browser or from the desktop, mobile, or tablet app.
Your files are synchronized in real time so they are always up to date and available on all your devices

You don’t lose anything.
The system keeps a version history for each file (the last 5) so you can restore a previous version or recover a document deleted by mistake.

Yes. You can share public links to send large files without using email or USB sticks. You can also create shared folders to collaborate on projects, and edit documents online with other users through Office Online. In addition, you can add a password or expiration date to your links to share content securely.

4. Cloud backups

Although both services protect your information, they serve very different purposes:

  • Cloud storage (for professionals) is designed to store, synchronize, and access your files from any device.
It lets you work with them, share them, and keep them always up to date in real time.
  • Backups (for businesses) go much further: they create automatic, encrypted and scheduled copies of your folders, settings, and systems so you can restore them easily if something goes wrong.

While storage gives you access, backups give you continuity: if a computer is damaged, you suffer a ransomware attack, or someone deletes information by mistake, you’ll be able to get everything back exactly as it was in a matter of minutes.

Your backups are stored in European data centers run by Acronis, a global leader in business data protection and recovery.
These centers are certified under the ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II international standards, and fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Each backup is encrypted before leaving your device (AES-256) and transmitted through secure channels (TLS/SSL).
In addition, data is replicated across different locations within the EU, ensuring availability even in the event of physical failures or outages.

You can protect virtually anything you consider critical for your business or your work device:

Documents, spreadsheets and presentations

Databases and emails.

Full disk images (to restore an entire device).

System settings, applications and preferences.

From the platform you can choose which folders or files to back up, or even create a full copy of the operating system, depending on the level of protection you need.

The service performs backups automatically and periodically, according to the configuration set in your account: daily, weekly, or customized.
This way you ensure your data is always up to date without having to do it manually.

You can also trigger a backup at any time if you want to save an important change immediately.

You set it up once, and Acronis takes care of the rest.

You decide. From the platform you can restore individual files or folders, or perform a full system recovery if needed.
This allows you, for example, to recover an invoice deleted by mistake without restoring the whole device, or to restore the entire system if you’ve suffered a serious attack or failure.

Restoration is fast, guided, and secure, so you can get back to work without interruptions.

5. Secure remote access (VPN)

It’s a solution that allows you to connect to your network or office resources from anywhere in a secure, encrypted way.
It works like a personalized digital key that opens your work environment no matter where you are, keeping your data protected against unauthorized access.

It’s ideal for professionals and companies that need to access their files, applications, or systems without being physically in the office.

Secure remote access uses VPN technology to connect users only to their company’s network and resources, in a simple way and without complex settings.

nawiki’s secure remote access offers the following advantages:

  • Full data encryption: all communication is protected end to end.
  • Easy, centralized access: no need for complex configurations or additional hardware.
  • Borderless productivity: access your programs and documents from anywhere.
  • Professional security: you control who connects, when, and from which device.
  • Cost savings: avoid travel or complex infrastructure to connect teams.

Both professionals and businesses:

  • A manager can open their accounting or invoicing software from home or while visiting a client.
  • An architect or consultant can access plans or contracts stored on the office computer.
  • A business owner can connect securely to their POS or sales system even from outside the premises, without exposing data or the network.
  • A small team can share secure access to the corporate network and work on the same files without paying for expensive servers.
An IT technician can provide remote support without traveling.

It lets you work as if you were in your office—without actually being there.

Just your nawiki user account and to activate the service within your plan.
From the services platform, you can access the configuration and connect in a few minutes. You don’t need technical knowledge or complex tools: everything is guided and protected with professional-grade encryption

To restore systems, the user must have legitimate versions of the operating system and software to be reinstalled.

The service does not include physical device repairs or hardware work, but it does cover all the digital, technical, and system/data recovery aspects.

7. Digital reputation

We live in a society where our reputation is defined by what appears about us or our business online.
With this service we analyze what information is circulating on the web about you or your company, or even a family member, and we give you a detailed report with the publications detected in:

  • Search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.).
  • Social networks.
  • Other websites or digital media.

The report is for information purposes, but it is the first step in detecting potential risks such as exposed personal data, identity theft, or harmful content.

If your plan includes it, you will receive this report directly in your nawiki account within 5 to 7 business days from the request.

If your plan includes it, you can activate the Digital Erasure and Right to be Forgotten service, which helps you remove or anonymize sensitive information published on websites, social networks, or search engines.

It is intended for cases such as:

  • Defamation or damaging comments.
  • Identity theft.
Unauthorized publication of personal data or images.

Our experts manage the formal request to remove the data with the relevant platforms or administrators and, if necessary, appeal to the competent authorities to exercise your right to be forgotten.

We can request the deletion or anonymization of personal data such as:

Name and surname(s).

ID number, tax ID or other identifiers.
Addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.

Financial data (cards, accounts, etc.).

Photos or information that violates your privacy or reputation.

Each case is analyzed individually to determine feasibility and the most appropriate process depending on the platform or country where the information is hosted.

From your nawiki services platform, access the request form and attach:

A copy of your identity document (ID card, tax ID, foreigner ID, passport, etc.).

A signed power of attorney (if the report or deletion is requested for another person or company).

Once the documentation is validated, our specialists will start the process and keep you informed of progress directly in your account.

Yes. Although we handle requests with the utmost diligence, the final result depends on the response from the administrators or platforms hosting the information. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the total or immediate deletion of all content, especially if it is outside the European legal framework.

Not included are:

  • Legal or judicial actions arising from the case.
  • Additional costs for extraordinary or legal actions.
Consequences of incorrect or false data provided by the user.

We help you exercise your right to be forgotten by managing the process and acting on your behalf with digital platforms to protect your privacy and online reputation.

8. Digital security diagnosis

Cyber Scoring is a digital health assessment that measures your company’s technical security level against potential attacks.
It automatically analyzes all systems, services and, devices connected to the internet and gives you a security score that reflects how well protected your organization is.

This analysis reviews your main digital assets exposed to the internet, such as:

Servers, applications, websites or email.

Connected devices and your organization’s networks.

Cloud-hosted instances or services.

The result is a clear, up-to-date report showing the vulnerabilities detected, how they have evolved over time, and recommendations to strengthen your protection.

Cyber Scoring gives you a complete, objective view of your digital security, so you know where you stand and what to improve to reduce risks.

  • Complete overview of your company’s security level.
  • Early detection of failures or critical vulnerabilities.
  • Periodic, automated analysis with no manual work.
  • Savings in time and costs on tools and security reviews.
  • Clear evolution of your score to measure improvements and results.

It’s ideal for any business that wants to stay in control of its digital security and reduce risks.

You may request two Ciberscoring reports per year.
Each analysis provides a complete assessment of your company’s technical security level and shows how it has evolved compared to the previous report.

This way you can clearly see whether your protective measures are improving, detect new risks, and keep your digital infrastructure under control.

The report will show you an overall score and a technical diagnosis with the main areas for improvement.
From there, you can prioritize actions with your technical team or request additional services such as:

Cybersecurity Assessment for a deeper analysis.

Network or web vulnerability analysis to detect specific risks.

The Cybersecurity Assessment is a tool that allows you to understand your company’s real level of security and how prepared it is for digital risks.

It analyses three key pillars:

  • People: measures your team’s awareness, training, and best practices.
  • Processes: evaluates whether there are incident response policies, protocols, or plans.
  • Technology: reviews the protection measures and tools you use.

With this information you get an overall and per-area score, along with practical recommendations to improve your security in each dimension.

The Cybersecurity Assessment gives you a clear view of your digital maturity and guides you in continuously strengthening your company’s defenses.

  • Complete overview of your company’s security level.
  • Clear, actionable recommendations to improve weak points.
Tracking of progress with comparisons between assessments
  • Flexible methodology, suitable for SMEs and large corporations.
  • Educational understanding of the result: you don’t just get a score, you get an improvement plan.

It helps you turn security into an ongoing process, not a one-off action.

The Web Vulnerability Analysis assesses the security of your website or online application, detecting possible weak points that could be exploited by an attacker.

The tool automatically reviews your web environment and generates a detailed report with:

  • The vulnerabilities detected.
  • Their risk level.
  • Technical recommendations to fix them.

The report is published in your nawiki platform, and you can perform up to 4 analyses per year.
This allows you to monitor the impact of your improvements and keep the security of your web environment up to date.

We help you detect and correct vulnerabilities before they become a problem, ensuring continuous protection for your website or online application.

Our 24/7 tech support team helps you interpret the report and understand the actions needed to improve your web security.

Some measures can be applied directly with our guidance, but in most cases the fixes must be implemented by your technical staff or your website provider.

We guide you step by step so you know what to do, why you should do it, and how to better protect yourself.

Network Vulnerability Analysis reviews your infrastructure’s internal security by analyzing the devices, servers, and connections you use daily to detect weak points and reduce intrusion risks.

Through an automated process, the service identifies and classifies vulnerabilities by level of severity (low, medium or high), following international security standards.

The result is a clear, understandable report that shows where the risks are and what measures to take to strengthen your systems. The analysis includes:

  • A full review of vulnerabilities in your local or corporate network.
  • Classification of findings according to risk level.
  • Technical guidance to interpret the report.
Support in applying corrective measures and strengthening the security of your environment.

And to help you interpret the report, our technical experts advise you step by step on the measures needed to mitigate vulnerabilities and improve the security of your environment.
